You looked so happy in this picture, and i just dont want that smile to go away. You deserve a team like the miami heat, and no one else. Ultimately professional and cool under pressure, you have been an inspiration for her own development as a junior high and AAU player. “He can’t leave the Celtics,” she said about you visiting the Heat. It appears the team really wants you back as do your teammates. With a shortened bench due to injury you guys nearly beat the heat last month. With Mike Miller likely retiring if you were to return to Boston I think you would be just as likely to make the finals as the heat would, but with a storied franchise that you are already a part of.
I point to you as an example to my boys on how people should conduct themselves and also on your tireless work ethic.

you have always been my favorite athlete. not only because you’re AMAZING, but always because of the fact that you are so dedicated, so inspirational, so caring, and so down-to-earth. i was at game 1 of the playoffs last year and it was the best day of my life because after the game you stopped and signed autographs for me and my brother. you were the only player to stop and sign. everytime i look at that shirt you signed, i feel so happy and i just dream of one day actually meeting you. you are just simply incredible. love you ray.
